As the ambitious daughter of successful entrepreneurs, Ashley grew up surrounded by business. She experienced firsthand the excitement and challenges of growing a company from startup to growth to exit.

After graduating from The University of Missouri, Ashley earned a spot on the marketing team at SubscriberMail, a permission-based email-marketing platform her family built from the ground up. After moving to Arizona in the fall of 2010, she then teamed up with award-winning interior designer Jennifer Adams. There she lent her creativity and organization skills to their operations, branding, marketing, and styling efforts. She contributed to Adams growing her brand into one of the most prominent names in home products.

Ashley honed her styling skills during her time with Jennifer Adams Home. Although she enjoyed the exciting and creative atmosphere, she decided to re-join Jordan and Jan to help form and build The Lifestyle Collection. She offers real estate services, and focuses on property staging and styling.
