SEVEN AT DESERT MOUNTAIN
Desert Mountain has long been one of the gems of North Scottsdale. With the unveiling of its latest offering, Seven, it is serving up a new and exciting addition to our real estate market. The project is being built on the final 90-acre parcel of land in Desert Mountain, located near the intersection of Pima and Cave Creek Roads.
GOLF COURSE NUMBER SEVEN
The community is designed around a new golf course, the seventh in Desert Mountain, providing the inspiration for naming this new community Seven. Opened in April, this bent-grass course will be a 3,000 yard rated, executive-style par 54 course designed so if you want, on 14 of the 18 holes, you can tee off with a putter. A new clubhouse is being built that will also sit on the course, featuring a sports bar concept with indoor and outdoor seating, five outdoor fire pits and bocce ball courts. There will also be a 22,000-square foot putting course on the site that will be lit in the evening and offer bar service. The community will feature three different types of homes by three builders.
LOCK AND LEAVE HOMES AT SEVEN AT DESERT MOUNTAIN
The first builder in the community is Family Development, with a much desired lock-and-leave lifestyle product consisting of stacked, flat condos. These buildings will have two lower-level and three upper-level units, each with its own private elevator. They range in size from 2,400 to 2,700 square feet and will be designed to buyer’s specifications. Each of these homes features the sought-after open-concept kitchen and great room, a large master suite, a second junior master suite, and a third room that can be configured as a bedroom or an office. Each unit will have a 2½ car garage with direct access to the home from the garage. Models will be available by the end of the year, and prices will range from $1,500,000 to $1,700,000. All landscaping and exterior maintenance are provided by the HOA.
SEMI-CUSTOM HOMES AT SEVEN AT DESERT MOUNTAIN
The second builder in the community is Camelot Homes, well-known for numerous projects around the valley, including White Horse in North Scottsdale. They are building 49 one- and two-story homes with elevators and detached luxury patio homes. These will range from 2,600 to 4,500 square feet and from 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with den, to 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. These homes will feature contemporary styling, soaring ceilings, panoramic views, and three-car garages. These homes are expected to start at $1,525,000.
CUSTOM HOMES AT SEVEN AT DESERT MOUNTAIN
The third builder in the community is luxury custom home builder Cullum Homes. They will build 33 pre-curated or fully custom homes ranging from 3,000 to 8,000 square feet. Single and two-level homes are being offered with the option to add a basement entertainment zone with a golf simulator, glass-enclosed collector car showroom, theater and wet bar. Pricing on these homes starts at $1,900,000.
Homeowners in each of the new homes being built in Seven at Desert Mountain will need to become either Lifestyle or Equity golf members in Desert Mountain. This membership offers world-class amenities including a luxury spa and fitness center, tennis and pickleball complex, miles of hiking and bike trails that are only accessible to members, seven different clubhouses, featuring nine restaurants and of course, seven world-class golf courses.
