Welcome to the fourth edition of our Luxury Property Report.
We are grateful for all the positive feedback we have received. Many of our readers are now clients and this is the best affirmation we could possibly receive. In addition, we were honored by the leading trade association for luxury real estate, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. In November we were selected in a vote by our peers, to receive the Institute’s award for “Excellence and Innovation” in marketing. We firmly believe that our experience in the business and marketing industry provides our clients with more exposure and opportunity for buyers to see the homes we have listed.
The market is definitely changing. Buyers today are looking for new and different. In this issue we share two articles that reflect our approach in this changing market. The first, From Tired Tuscan to Vibrant Villa, explains what many buyers are searching for but not finding. We see many homes that colleagues in the real estate industry refer to as ‘tired Tuscan’. Our styling team has been able to make some important changes to these homes with furnishings, paint and decor that give them a refreshing look that is attractive to a much larger buyer pool. While Tuscan architecture was the rage in this area a decade or more ago, it can be updated to appeal to a new buyer.
There are a variety of new homes coming to the market catering to today’s younger buyer. In this issue, we will also report on the newest North Scottsdale project being built on the final large land parcel at Desert Mountain called ‘Seven’. This new project encompasses a new executive-style golf course and three different styles of homes. Plus, we have some of our clients’ beautiful homes to share with you in this issue.
Finally, we are excited to share that our team continues to grow in order to assist more clients in their buying or selling process.
