A luxurious oasis in the heart of Arizona with gates estates and prestigious amenities.

Paradise Valley, west of Scottsdale, Arizona, incorporated in 1961, spans about 16.5 miles with a population of nearly 13,000 residents as of the 2020 census. Like Scottsdale, PV provides a robust lifestyle with options for resorts and golf courses, catering to both residents and visitors.

In the late 1950s, the booming growth in Maricopa County raised concerns among Paradise Valley residents about the potential loss of their rural lifestyle to the expansion of Phoenix or Scottsdale. To safeguard their interests, residents drafted a petition to incorporate the Town of Paradise Valley, which was granted on May 24, 1961, successfully preserving the community’s integrity and charming lifestyle.
