Exploring North Scottsdale Area Two

The North Scottsdale section of the city, which is primarily north of East Jomax Road and east of North Scottsdale Road, extending to North Pima Road, is known as North Scottsdale Area Two. Approximately 25% of the area also extends to the west of North Scottsdale Road. These boundaries are designated by the City of Scottsdale and help to define city use services such as trash and recycling schedules.

Many different types of subdivisions are located within this section of North Scottsdale, allowing for a diverse population of residents. Although most of the residences are single-family homes, there are some condominium communities as well. Typical of this section of North Scottsdale, there is a cross-section of owners between full-time and part-time residents, as well as gated and non-gated neighborhoods.
