The Estancia Club is considered one of the most exclusive because of its smaller membership with only 325 memberships available by invitation only. However, homeowners are not required to join the club, and non-residents of the community are eligible to join. The 18-hole, award winning golf course was designed by Tom Fazio, a leading course architect and is consistently ranked as one of the top courses in Golf Digest’s America’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses.
