The pocket of North Scottsdale is to the south of the popular Troon North community. This section of neighborhoods is somewhat smaller than other areas but is made up of some well-established, desirable communities. Some of these communities include:

This area is bordered by East Dynamite Blvd. on the north, extending south, almost to Pinnacle Peak Rd. The community of Estancia is located just to the east,, and North Pima Rd. is to the west.

This section of North Scottsdale is served by the Scottsdale Unified School District in addition to many private school options.
This area of North Scottsdale is almost an equal distance from amenities to both its north and south. Big box retailers are located in Cave Creek, just a short drive north and west, and those same retailers have locations in the more central part of North Scottsdale, to its south and west. Access to these businesses in either direction means residents have many choices and options.
Scottsdale is known for its many golf courses and this includes several that are located in North Scottsdale. If you prefer the club life, there are many private golf clubs from which to choose, each with its own select amenities. These different choices allow North Scottsdale residents and visitors to select just the right kind of experience for them. Additionally, there are dozens of top-notch public courses offering course experiences at all different levels of play.
