Bellasera is a wonderful community,tucked beside beautiful Lone Mountain in North Scottsdale. Bellasera is a guard-gated community consisting of 360 homesites on its 290 acres. Construction of the community began in 1998 and was completed in 2001.

The community consists of eleven different floor plans, ranging in size from 1,394 square feet, to 3,387 square feet. Regardless of square footage, each home has a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. Some floor plans offer the flexibility to create a third bedroom or office space. Many of the homes were also constructed with covered patio areas.

Bellasera is pet-friendly, with a 10,800-square-foot dog park that features a double-gated entry system, a ramp, sod, and patio pavers for furry friends to play while residents relax.

For sports enthusiasts, Bellasera provides two lighted tennis courts and a lighted basketball court. Nature lovers can explore eight miles of trails with paths and natural washes that showcase the desert’s beauty. A ⅛-mile jogging track is available at the clubhouse.

Bellasera is served by the Cave Creek Community School. Students attend Lone Mountain Elementary School, Sonoran Trails Middle School and Cactus Shadows High School. There are also several private schools students may attend if families are interested.

Residents of Bellasera can enjoy a full and rich social life. Each month a different local restaurant is visited for lunch, and the community also enjoys dinners at the clubhouse, ice cream social events, game nights including poker, and area hikes. For residents interested, the clubhouse is available for special events and celebrations.

Community favorite local restaurants, salons, spas, grocery and home improvement stores, banking and postal services and specialty shops and boutiques are just minutes away.
