Bellasera is a beautiful community, tucked beside picturesque Lone Mountain in North Scottsdale. Bellasera is a guard-gated community consisting of 360 homesites on its 290 acres. Construction of the neighborhood began in 1998 and was completed in 2001. The community consists of eleven different floor plans, ranging in size from 1,394 square feet to 3,387 square feet. Regardless of square footage, each home has a minimum of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
Bellasera Community Association
All residents are members of the community association, which provides maintenance of all common areas, gate personnel, and access to its amenities. Del Webb developed Bellasera, and although they are often known for their 55 plus communities, Bellasera does welcome residents of all ages.
The Cave Creek Community School District serves Bellasera. Students attend Lone Mountain Elementary School, Sonoran Trails Middle School, and Cactus Shadows High School. There are also several private schools students may attend if families are interested.
