We are pleased to present the Scottsdale Luxury Property Report August 2019, published by The Lifestyle Collection at Keller Williams Luxury, the leading boutique real estate firm in the Phoenix and Scottsdale metro area.    Each month data on luxury homes is compiled and presented to assist you in understanding the market.  Key findings in the August report are:

  • The Scottsdale single-family luxury market is a Buyer’s Market with an 14% Sales Ratio.
  • Homes sold for a median of 95.65% of list price in July 2019.
  • The most active price band is $1,000,000-$1,099,999, where the sales ratio is 36%.
  • The median luxury sales price for single-family homes has increased to $1,365,320.
  • The median days on market for July 2019 was 85 days, down from 108 in June 2019.
